For account help, guide generation issues, purchase questions, refund requests, privacy requests, or mobile app support, email support@oneway.guide.
We usually respond within 2 business days. Complex refund, platform, or privacy requests may take longer when we need to verify account ownership or review platform records.
02What To Include
- The email address on your oneway.guide account.
- Your device/platform if the issue is in the mobile app.
- The city or guide affected, if the issue is guide-related.
- A screenshot or short description of the error, if available.
- For purchase issues, the order email or platform receipt reference.
03Account & Privacy
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by emailing support. If account deletion is available inside the mobile app, you can also delete your account directly there.
04Purchases & Refunds
Web purchases are handled through our support channel. Mobile purchases may also be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play refund processes, depending on where the purchase was made.
