01Acceptance

By accessing or using oneway.guide (the “Service”), including the website, dashboard, and mobile apps, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02What We Provide

oneway.guide generates personalized, AI-authored travel guides based on the destinations, dates, and preferences you provide. Guides may be delivered on the website, by email/PDF, and inside the mobile app as native guide content.

03Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a guide. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

04Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Web purchases may be processed by Stripe. Mobile digital content, subscriptions, or entitlements may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or our mobile purchase provider where enabled. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

05Digital Delivery & Consumer Withdrawal

Each guide is a personalized digital product. Generation may begin immediately after purchase or entitlement confirmation. By completing a purchase and starting generation, you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal may be waived where applicable law allows.

06Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds once a personalized guide has been generated and delivered.

We may refund or regenerate your guide free of charge if generation fails, the guide is produced for the wrong city or travel dates because of a system error, delivered files are corrupted, or you were double-charged.

Web refund requests should be sent within 14 days of purchase to support@oneway.guide with your order email and a description of the issue. Mobile purchases may also be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play refund processes and platform rules.

07AI Content Disclaimer

Guides are generated by AI using available inputs and enrichment data at the time of creation, but travel information changes constantly. Venue hours, prices, availability, visa rules, weather, transport, safety conditions, and local restrictions may differ from what your guide describes. You are responsible for verifying critical details before relying on them. oneway.guide is not a substitute for professional travel, medical, legal, or financial advice.

08Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated guides commercially.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the website, app, API, or rate limits.
  • Use the Service for unlawful activity or to harass others.
  • Share or attempt to share a single account in a way that abuses entitlements.
  • Interfere with security, authentication, payment, or generation systems.

09Intellectual Property

The oneway.guide name, brand, design, app, website, and codebase are owned by us or our licensors. Guide content generated for you is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial travel use. You may print it, save it, share it privately with travel companions, and keep it indefinitely. You may not sell it, publish it commercially, or pass it off as your own product.

10Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for authentication, payments, guide generation, place data, maps, hosting, messaging, and email. These may include Firebase, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, Google Places, Mapbox, Apple, Google Play, Adapty, Resend, Stripe. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers’ terms where relevant.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oneway.guide is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a guide, including missed flights, closed venues, travel disruptions, safety issues, or decisions made based on guide content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the guide or entitlement giving rise to that claim.

12Termination & Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account in the mobile app where available, or by contacting support. Account deletion removes personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, or platform compliance reasons.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
